Basic website package is $2495 and includes:

• Customized home page
• 7 sections of Women’s Health content. As part of basic package, two of these sections are customized with information that you provide which is specific to your practice (includes layout of one page and up to 4 photos – additional photos or text can be added for additional fee).
• “About Us” or “Our Model of Care” or similarly themed page
• HRT Consultation form that your patients can complete and securely submit online (our 12 page standard form)*
• “Sign up to receive our newsletter” **
• Contact page including a link to a Google map
• Link to your Privacy Policy

Content Only: If you opt to use another designer, you can purchase our website “content only” (7 sections on Women’s Health) for $795 and the “fillable” HRT consultation form is $225.

Our templates and basic package are a starting point. Many other options are available and we can do anything that is technologically possible. Tell us what you want, and we will provide a quote for additional features and pages.

Commonly requested options (additional fees apply):

• replace template photo with your photos ($125) or a slide show (up to six rotating photos, $200)
• template creation for email NL ($125)
• intake forms – can be “complete and submit online” or a PDF to print and return to office
• forms for other types of consultations (i.e., nutrition)
• videos (BHRT discussion, patient care philosophy, consultations, etc.)
• Seminars
• Resources/Links (links to informational websites or key organizations)
• Online Store our e-commerce system (only $995) allows you to enter a variety of products such as supplements, books, test kits, and boutique/gift items into your designated categories. Modify as often as you wish with the built-in content management system. SSL security certificate and installation ($350 annual value) is included in the price and the $29 per month maintenance fee. This technology provides for secure transmission of credit card information.
• Domain registration (purchase of your website address, i.e., www.____.com)
• Dependable hosting (maintaining your website presence on the internet) and email.
• Content Management System that you can use to modify your website 24/7 from any computer, or traditional website maintenance

To begin your design, you or your designated representative will need to provide:

• Your logo (website colors will coordinate) and if no logo, selection of two accent colors for your website
• Content for custom sections
• Content for “About Us”– this can be a practice description and/or bios/photos of physician, PA, RN, etc.

*HRT Consultation Form is hosted on our secure server. The fee for this service is $39 per year.

**Email Management System is through a separate company and prices start at $15 per month after the 60 day free trial.
