Google Local/Google Places ties searches such as "compounding pharmacy" to local businesses on a map, and works on regular web browsers and on mobile devices such as cellular phones. Google Local gives additional exposure in the search results. By controlling your Google Local/Google Places listing, we can also correct your displayed map location. Google favors businesses that utilize Google Local/Google Places, and your ranking can be further enhanced with reviews and a website with good search engine placement.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) program

While 80% of clicks on a search results page originate from an organic listing, conversion rates for pay-per-click ads are slightly higher--meaning visitors that originate from pay-per-click ads are more serious. Further, a well managed pay-for placement campaign can provide valuable and instantaneous insight into the keyword phrases that are most effective.

Storey Marketing will set up a Google Adwords program that is limited to your geographic region, which will index to various keywords and phrases that have been identified as "top performers". When someone is searching on Google and enters one of these keywords or phrases in the search box, your ad will appear on the right side under "Sponsored Links".* When someone clicks on the ad, your account is automatically charged for the amount that we have bid for that keyword or phrase. Ad placement is determined by bid for the keyword or phrase, and the level of response to your ad. PPC can create an immediate burst of traffic to your website in response to searches for various keywords and keyword phrases.

Recommended Option for PPC campaigns: Optimization/Creation of "landing" page for each sector:
When a potential patient/practitioner is directed to your website, the CONTENT OF THAT "LANDING" PAGE WILL DETERMINE THE ACTION THEY WILL TAKE. Therefore, the page has to be enticing and inviting, and tell the visitor why they want your pharmacy to be on their health care team, and what action to take to initiate that relationship.

Each ad will direct the visitor to a pre-determined page on your website which is pertinent to the ad for the sector(s) you have selected (BHRT, general compounding, veterinary). We recommend that the content of each of these pages on your website be optimized for your pharmacy (and this information will also help with organic SEO).

Websites enrolled in our PPC program will also be submitted to the major search engines which may help to improve your organic search engine ranking.

Your PPC budget can be increased or decreased any time, and your program may be discontinued at any time. When a PPC program is stopped, ads cease to appear.
